Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts - Gas Gas, Husqvarna, KTM & Triumph
Luxon lightweight 4-post bar mounts eliminate twisting due to small crashes and tip-overs without sacrificing vibration absorbtion like a solid mount would. Four sets of bushings absorb vibration, hard hits, and track roughness without compromising steering precision. Three different rubber bushing sets (soft, medium, and firm) are included to fine tune the feel.
These bar mounts fit many KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, and Triumph triple clamps as well as all Luxon Gen2 triple clamps. Please read fitment details below for more details. They have the same bar position geometry as stock KTM (height and offset).
Handlebar size is standard 1 1/8".
Fitment
See images for KTM Cone interface; The KTM Cone interface is a tapered cone shaped hole on the top and bottom of the triple clamp (a cross section would look like an hour glass). The 2023+ version is identical to the 2016-2022 version, except it includes a counterbore for a flange on the top. Our bar mounts fit either version: they do not interface with the flange cutout, but rather the cone surface as it is more accurately machined and stronger. Triumph clamps use the same 2016-2022 KTM cone interface, though it is raised 5 mm above the top clamp surface.
Fitment:
These mounts fit stock triple clamps with the KTM rubber cone interface, which includes many KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, and Triumph models, and all Luxon Gen2 triple clamps.
Depending on the installation type, make and model of bike, bar mount position, etc., you may need to lightly trim plastic brackets and/or relocate hour meters or accessories to allow clearance for these bar mounts in some mount positions. The 2023-2026 KTM/Husqvarna and 2024-2026 Gas Gas will require relocation of the hour meter with the bars in the furthest forward position (you can simply swap it to the other bolt hole). Always check for full clearance after installation and before riding.
Bar Size
Luxon 1 1/8" bar mounts fit standard 1 1/8" (28.6 mm) handlebars (sometimes called fatbars).
We do not offer bar mounts to fit the old 7/8" size handlebars. BRP and other aftermarket companies offer adapter bushings to fit the 7/8" bar diameter in standard 1 1/8" mounts if necessary.
These bar mounts fit nearly all KTM/Husqvarna/Gas Gas big bikes, 2024 and newer. They also fit many older KTM/Husqvarna/Gas Gas big bikes, as well as Triumph bikes. The list below includes bikes that Luxon mounts should fit; there may be more bikes not listed that our mounts will fit too. While the list is accurate as far as we know, mistakes can happen! Please double check that your bike has an KTM Cone interface as explained above & images.

Description
These mounts are the stock KTM height of 25 mm (bottom of bar to top of triple clamp) and offset (7 mm of bar position change when flipping the mounts around). They are also the stock Triumph height of 30 mm (bottom of bar to top of triple clamp, including the 5 mm step in the triple clamp), but have slightly less throw front to back (7 mm vs. 9 mm with the stock Triumph). Includes rubber isolated lower bar mounts, rubber bushings, upper bar clamps, high-strength steel mount and clamp bolts, anti-seize, and instructions.
Three different hardness levels of rubber bushings are included at no additional cost. Soft (green) is for lighter riders, vet riders, or those with wrist injuries. Medium (yellow) is recommended for most off-road and motocross use, and hard (red) is recommended for aggressive motocross use and faster riders.
Bushings will "break in" on the first ride and become a little softer than when first installed. Like all rubber bushings, these are wear items and will eventually break down and need replacing. Softer bushings will need to be replaced more often than harder bushings. Replacement bushings are available for a reasonable cost.
