Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit/debit cards & PayPal. Any orders placed for out of stock item(s), you will be contacted and notified of an estimated time or arrival for your item(s) to confirm delivery time. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping carts, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of you order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. DELIVERY SCHEDULE We process your order straight away. We will always try to post your order out to you on the same day, if received before 2pm within the UK. Free UK delivery is dispatched using a standard 2-3 working day service. STANDARD - Royal Mail 48 (ETA 2-3 business days) In your area, Royal Mail could deliver on Saturdays. EXPRESS - Royal Mail 24 (ETA next business day) In your area, Royal Mail could deliver on Saturdays. International orders are generally advised of a lead time upon receipt of order. International customers should be aware that the shipping cost excludes any customs fees if applicable. EU Orders (from 1 July 2026) For Royal Mail shipments valued under €150, import duty and handling fees are pre‑paid at dispatch, so your parcel arrives without additional customs processing charges. Local VAT may still be collected by your country’s customs on delivery. For orders over €150, standard EU import rules apply and VAT, duty and handling/brokerage fees may be charged on arrival. UPS shipments may incur VAT, duty and UPS brokerage fees depending on the destination country’s customs process. We aim to ship all orders within a maximum of 2 days upon receipt of order. This is not a contract for shipping. If for any reason your order is likely to be subject to a longer delivery time, we will e-mail you to advise you of an expected/approximate delivery time. YOU HAVE SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT: If we have sent you a product(s), not listed on the invoice we will be happy to exchange said product for the correct item, unless arranged by prior agreement or accompanied by explanatory note detailing the changes. - Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. - Goods must be in original packaging. - Goods must NOT BE FITTED OR USED and must be returned in as new condition. You will have to pay the postage of return for the goods and we will refund these costs to your original payment method. Proof of postage i.e. a receipt is required before a refund is granted. You will have to pay the postage of the return for the goods. No refund of postage will be given. Any further item dispatched will be subject to the stated postage tariff.
